About the Salon Experience
The Classic salon includes a welcome cocktail, 1/2 dozen oysters with shucking instruction and pairings, two cocktails with mixing lessons, and tasty canapés served throughout the evening.
The Deluxe experience includes a dozen oysters per person, three cocktails of your choice and a board of fine cheese and charcuterie OR a Mediterranean spread of vegetarian dips.

Classes are held Thursday through Sunday from 6:30pm - 8:30pm EST. Seating is available for up to six people per class, excluding large format parties, tickets for which can be purchased here. Got a date in mind? Email Georgette at georgette.lillian212@gmail.com to check availability.
PLEASE NOTE: All tickets and gift certificates for the NYC salon are valid until the last date on October 18, 2024. Canceled salons MUST be rescheduled before October 18, after which they will be unable to be redeemed and are rendered non-refundable.
